Ahria Consulting is delighted to be partnering with Voyago in their search for a new General Manager.

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial senior manager to lead Voyago’s Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) business with responsibility for these regions: Windsor, Chatham, Sarnia, Grey Bruce, Kitchener-Waterloo, and the Hamilton-Niagara regions. Reporting to the Director, NEMT Ontario, you will have the autonomy to shape and execute strategic decisions that drive profitability. As a self-motivated and authentic leader, you will excel at building high-performing teams, cultivating genuine relationships, and driving efficiencies and innovation. This role offers freedom to lead with vision, make impactful decisions, and inspire trust and integrity throughout the organization.


You will need these qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent in business management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business management, planning, and financial oversight, ideally within the transportation or healthcare sectors.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to motivate a team while offering autonomy and supporting their development.
  • Valid G License with a clean driver’s abstract and an ability to travel regularly throughout the region.
